Natalia Facciolo
Hi, I'm Natalia

"I went from founding a company in inland Buenos Aires to helping drive more than 400,000 SMEs across the region. Today I share that real experience so your business can scale too."

More than 19 years ago I founded LUDMARC SRL in Mercedes, 100 km from Buenos Aires. A wholesale food distribution company, bakery, and online supermarket that keeps growing, innovating, and professionalizing.

That business led me into trade-association leadership. Today I am President of Mujeres Empresarias at the Federación Económica de Buenos Aires (FEBA), Deputy Secretary of Mujeres Empresarias at the Confederación Argentina de la Mediana Empresa (CAME), and Vice President of the Convergencia Empresarial de Mujeres (CEMS).

Representing Argentina at the B20 in India, Brazil, and South Africa, being selected as Community Leader for Latin America and the Caribbean at UNCTAD eTrade for Women, and for Santander W50 at the London School of Economics confirmed something I had been building since Mercedes. When there is purpose, there is a path forward. Where you come from doesn't limit where you can go.

More than seven years of listening to businesswomen across the region taught me that the real obstacle to scaling our businesses is the lack of processes, network, and a mirror that reflects what they already have. Systematizing that path forward is my specialty.

More than 19 years of hands-on business management, plus 7 years of institutional representation. Direct experience designing programs, negotiating agreements, and working with multilateral organizations, embassies, universities, and business chambers across four continents.

A bridge between your business
and the network that scales it

1-on-1 mentoring for businesswomen who want to grow with strategy and support.

What it is: a close, one-on-one working space to structure the strategy behind your business or your institutional leadership. This isn't generic advisory work — it's the perspective of someone who has run her own company for more than 19 years and who can also build a direct bridge between your project and a network built over more than seven years of trade-association and institutional leadership — business chambers, multilateral organizations, funding programs, and visibility opportunities that are often harder to reach than to execute.

01

Diagnosis and strategy

Where your business stands today, what's holding it back, and a concrete, prioritized plan to scale it.

02

Connection to the right network

Trained as a Public and Institutional Relations professional, over more than seven years I built a broad network of professionals, business leaders, and national and international authorities. I put it at your disposal to open the doors your project needs.

03

Ongoing support

Close follow-up and adjustments to the plan as your business moves forward — not a single conversation and done.

What sets this voice apart: the perspective of someone who has run her own company for more than 19 years, represents 400,000 SMEs as Deputy Secretary of Mujeres CAME, and all of Latin America and the Caribbean as Community Leader of UNCTAD eTrade for Women. Theory and practice, in the same voice.

"We didn't come here to be spectators. We came to propose, to connect, and to be the protagonists who turn projects into action."
