Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data I collect on nataliafacciolo.com.ar, what I use it for and what rights you have, in accordance with the Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326.

1. Who is responsible

The person responsible for processing your data is Natalia Facciolo, in a personal capacity, domiciled in Mercedes, Buenos Aires province, Argentina. This website (nataliafacciolo.com.ar) belongs to her personal brand and does not process data on behalf of Ludmarc SRL or any chamber or organization.

2. What data I collect

  • Newsletter: your email address and, if the form asks for it, your name.
  • “Which stage is your business in?” test: your answers are processed in your browser and are not sent. Only if you choose to subscribe at the end of the test, your email is stored together with your stage, your score, your priority areas, the language and the origin of the link (for example, the campaign).
  • Messages: what you write to me by email and any contact details you include.
  • Technical data: the hosting provider records basic technical data of the visit (such as the IP address and browser) for security and operation.

I do not ask for sensitive data or card details. Purchases are made on Tiendup, which processes payment and purchase data under its own terms.

3. What I use it for

  • Sending you my emails with leadership and business ideas, and content related to your stage.
  • Answering your questions.
  • Measuring in aggregate which content works, in order to improve it.

I do not sell your data or hand it over to third parties so that they can offer you their products.

4. Providing data is optional

Giving me your data is always voluntary. You can take the test and browse the site without subscribing. If you do not give me your email, I cannot send you the newsletter; there is no other consequence.

5. Your consent and how to unsubscribe

I only write to you if you tick the consent box, which is never pre-ticked. You can withdraw your consent at any time with one click on the unsubscribe link included in every email, or by writing to contacto@nataliafacciolo.com.ar.

6. Who receives or processes the data

I work with providers that process data on my behalf and only to provide me with their service: Doppler (sending the newsletter emails), Cloudflare (site hosting, DNS and email forwarding), Google (where I receive the email you send me) and Tiendup (purchase of my digital resources). Apart from them, I do not share your data, unless a competent authority requires it by law.

7. International transfers

Some of these providers may store or process data on servers located outside Argentina. When this happens, I use providers that offer contractual data protection safeguards, in accordance with Law No. 25,326 and its complementary regulations.

8. How long I keep it

I keep your data while you remain subscribed or until you ask for its deletion, and the messages you write to me for as long as needed to answer you.

9. Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to the lists and emails is protected with the security measures of the providers mentioned. No system is infallible, but I take reasonable measures to prevent loss, unauthorized access or use of your data.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or updated, to have it deleted and to object to its use for sending you communications. To exercise them, write to me at contacto@nataliafacciolo.com.ar from the address you gave me. I answer access requests within ten calendar days and rectification or deletion requests within five business days, as Law No. 25,326 provides.

11. Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores, in your browser and for the session, whether you closed a floating notice.

12. Legal notices

The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is proven under article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326. The AGENCY FOR ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION, as the supervisory authority of Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules.
